              PINEAPPLE RASPBERRY FREEZE

 Try this cool treat featuring the sweet and tangy combo of pineap- ple and raspberries for breakfast or dessert.
Serves 2
1 (10-ounce) package frozen pine- apple chunks, allowed to thaw for 10 minutes
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Combine pineapple, yogurt, raspber- ries and honey or agave nectar in a blender; purée until smooth.
